AFCR
This procedure is aimed to reduce the dimensionality of a genotypic data.
From genotypes data a two-way contingency table is constructed as follow : for each individual a value of 0, 1 or 2 is given to each allele of each locus. 0 if the allele is absent, 1 if present in heterozygous state and 2 if homozygous. This matrix is then provided to the ca() function of the ca Package for computation, summaries and visualization in two and three dimensions (Adapted from ca R-package by Nenadic and Greenacre. Parameters
- Data File
- Data file in Genetix or Genepop Format
- Select the name of a file or the actual data
- if you are using Netscape 2.x or later, you can select a file by typing its name, or better, by selecting it with the Netscape file browser (Browse button)
- OR you can type your data in the next area, or cut and paste it from another application.
- (but not both)
