General Data Protection Regulation

GDPR added a lot of instructions about personal data management. Considering this UE law, you should know that we may collect some informations about your personal access to this website. Indeed, to be able to use this website, we could keep a session cookie when you browse pages. The cookie is deleted when you close your browser. When you register on this website, we will save your login name, your email, your role/group and a user ID. These informations are used during sessions when you login on the website (in order to autocomplete forms or for other processes like retrieving your history on an OnlineTool); there is no such session management when you use our services as a guest.

When you launch a job, we also store email and your job parameters (as a guest, there is no required value) + lastname and firstname for authenticated users. For each job, we are keeping data and results during 10 days for guest. Otherwise, it depends on your group and the associated permissions (the retention period is set to a maximum of 25 days + 15 additionnal days in case of any unknown error for future analyses).

In addition, on the server side, we collect IP addresses, for a period of one year. It allows us to check abusive use of our services or hacking attempts. Please inform us if you want to access, modify or delete these data or your account. A friendly reminder is sent once a year, to allow users to delete their account on this website or on our platform.
